Do you offer delivery countrywide?

We offer delivery all over South Africa.

What are your delivery charges?

Our charges are based on the size of the item and its weight. We work on a live rate with our couriers and you will receive a quote at the point of checkout, before payment.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do! Our free delivery option works as follows:

Gauteng: Free on orders of toys of R750 or more (see exceptions below).
Other provinces: Free on orders of toys of R1 000 or more (see exceptions below).

Are there any exceptions to your free delivery?

Yes, our sale items and any item that is heavily discounted, for example nappies, (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘excluded’ items) will not be covered under our free shipping policy. Please note that due to how the system is set up, the free shipping will also not apply if you have these ‘excluded’ items in your cart together with other items. If the items in your cart qualify for free shipping before you add the ‘excluded’ items and you would like to have the full purchase shipped under our free shipping policy, please call us, we would be happy to assist.
